Dr. Katherine M. Masaki grew up in Honolulu. She left Hawaii to attend dental school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. After dental school she attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She then attended the Oregon Health and Science University, in Portland where she obtained her certificate in orthodontics and a master’s degree in oral biology. Dr. Katherine M. Masaki continues to expand her orthodontic skills and knowledge through many hours of continuing education at study clubs, meetings and lectures throughout the United States.

Katherine M. Masaki is a very dedicated orthodontist. She spends quality time with each patient and creates personalized treatment plans with the goal of an excellent treatment result. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, Hawaii Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Hawaii Dental Association and Honolulu County Dental Society.

Outside of orthodontics, Dr. Katherine M. Masaki enjoys scuba diving and kayaking along the shores of Hawaii, scenic hikes, going to the gym and jogging. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
