Dr. Katherine M. Masaki is a dedicated orthodontist who truly enjoys creating beautiful smiles. She spends quality time with each patient and creates personalized treatment plans with the goal of an excellent treatment result.

She attended dental school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. After dental school she attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. She then attended the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland where she obtained her certificate in orthodontics and a master’s degree in oral biology. She continues to expand her orthodontic skills and knowledge through many hours of continuing education at study clubs, meetings and lectures throughout the United States.

Dr. Masaki is a former president and active member of the Hawaii Society of Orthodontists. She is also an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Hawaii Dental Association and the Honolulu County Dental Society.

The Honolulu Magazine has recognized Dr. Katherine M. Masaki as “Best Dentists in Hawaii,” in the field of orthodontics.

Some of her hobbies include paddle boarding and kayaking along the shores of Hawaii, scenic hikes, going to the gym, jogging, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
